Born and raised in Hawaii by a catering family.
I have been cooking and catering since a very young age.
Mom passed down her tried-and-true island recipes!
A stint at the CIA in Napa and several catering companies
later, ICE Catering was born! Our mission is to bring my family's Aloha Spirit and great food service to yours!
